Therapist vs Coach

Both life coaches and therapists support individuals in improving their lives and well-being, they do so through different approaches, with life coaching focusing on goal achievement and personal development, and therapy addressing mental health concerns and emotional healing.

My experience, education, and training qualify me to coach you. I am not a therapist or counselor. To help you understand which option is best suited for your needs, see the distinctions below.

Priscilla helped me reframe how I speak to myself moving from negative to positive internal dialogue.  She also helped me communicate more effectively with my boss and mother by listening with a different frame of mind.  She is patient and genuine.
